Covid Safety
FutureMedic ensure that our learning environments are covid safe in line with local & national guidance.
Keeping our team and our clients safe is a priority and FutureMedic work in partnership with you to achieve this.
Personal Protection
FutureMedic support the covid vaccination programme and all of our team are double-vaccinated.
Our tutor team will continue to wear masks during workshops for the foreseeable future.
FutureMedic do not routinely require young people who attend our workshops to wear masks unless local data suggests high infection rates. We will contact you about this prior to attendance.
We do ask that all staff and young people perform a lateral flow test prior to attendance at any of our workshops to ensure the safety of others.
Environment
FutureMedic carefully select our venues to allow adequate space for distancing between attendees and between tutors and attendees.
Our venues have good ventilation with high ceilings and large windows and we will ensure air circulation while maintaining comfort as far as possible.
Sanitisation
FutureMedic provide hand sanitiser at all of our venues and we ask tutors and attendees to ensure hand hygiene during our workshops.
We will wipe down all tables and chairs before and after use.
During clinical work experience sessions, sanitisation of shared clinical equipment will be performed by clinicians leading the workshops.
